* Experience writing and supporting PL/SQL procedural code.
* Experience developing applications in JDeveloper.
* Experience with J2EE, Java, and JavaBeans development.
* Experience supporting Oracle Application Server.
* Writing and modifying technical documentation
* Writing and modifying test plans for user acceptance testing
* Source control and version control for change management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to
interface with application developers and users of the licensure
system.
