Job description:
Mandatory Skills:

1.An Associate*s Degree
2.At least two years application development experience using N-tiered client/server development.
3.At least two years experience development work in Windows NT/2000/XP.
4.At least two years experience development work in Microfocus Cobol

Desired Skills:

1.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2.Minimum of 5 years experience performing development work in/using Microfocus Net Express against a database containing over a billion rows
3.Minimum of 5 years experience performing development work in Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g against a database containing over a billion rows.
4.Minimum of 5 years experience performing developing work in/using Oracle PL/SQL, SQL against a database containing over a billion rows.
5.Minimum of 5 years/knowledge/experience working with welfare reform related data elements and durational tracking data models.
6.Minimum of 5 years experience performing development work using PERL to create batch executable scripts and to manipulate files and directories.
